Hannibal's Mechanical LLC warrants that all repairs performed will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the date of service.
This warranty covers only the specific parts and labor listed on the original invoice. If a defect in workmanship or a part failure occurs within the warranty period, we will perform the repair again at no additional cost to the customer.

To the extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances or additional issues may arise during the repair process, and I authorize the performance of additional services deemed necessary for the proper function and safety of my vehicle.
I acknowledge that I have been provided with an estimated cost for the services requested, and I agree to pay for all services rendered, including any additional work authorized beyond the initial request. I understand that payment is due upon completion of the repair or service.
I release this business and its employees, agents, and representatives from any liability for loss or damage to my vehicle, its parts, or personal property left inside the vehicle, except for damages caused by their negligence or intentional misconduct. I understand that all reasonable efforts will be made to secure my vehicle while in possession, but they are not responsible for any loss or damage due to theft, fire, vandalism, or other uncontrollable events.
