Have questions about our mobile mechanic services? Find answers to the
most common questions below.
Do you sell or mount tires?
We focus exclusively on the mechanical health of your
vehicle—engine, brakes, and electrical systems. While we do not
mount or balance tires, we are happy to inspect your current tires
for uneven wear during any service.
Do you perform wheel alignments?
We perform expert installation of suspension and steering
components (like struts, tie rods, and control arms). However, we
do not perform the final computer alignment. If your repair
requires an alignment, we will let you know so you can visit a
dedicated alignment shop immediately after our service.
Are there any services you don't perform?
We handle the vast majority of general repairs! However, there are
some things we don't do: engine swaps, transmission rebuilds,
wheel alignments, tire mounting/balancing, A/C refrigerant
recharges, EV/hybrid high-voltage system work, heavy diesel engine
repair, and anything requiring a heavy-duty commercial lift. If
you're unsure whether we can handle your repair, just ask!
What areas do you service?
We proudly service Summit County and neighboring counties
including Eagle County, Park County, and Clear Creek County.
Contact us to confirm we service your specific location.
How do I schedule a service?
You can contact us by phone, email, or through our online contact
form. We'll discuss your vehicle's needs, provide an estimate, and
schedule a convenient time to come to your location.
Where do you perform the work?
We're a fully mobile operation — we come to you! Whether your
vehicle is at your home, your workplace, or wherever it happened
to break down, we can perform the work right there on the spot.
For customers who may not have an ideal workspace, several parking
lots around Summit County have been very accommodating and allow
us to work on vehicles as long as they aren't left parked
overnight. Just reach out and we'll figure out a location that
works for both of us.
Do I need to bring my own parts?
No — we handle parts sourcing for you. We shop through local parts
stores and, when needed, dealerships to obtain everything required
for your repair. For larger jobs where parts total $500 or more, a
down payment toward those parts may be requested. Please note: any
customer-provided parts are not covered under our warranty, which
is exactly why we source parts ourselves — so we can track the
warranty on every component we install and stand fully behind our
work.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods. Payment
is due upon completion of service. We'll provide you with a
detailed invoice showing all work performed.
* Please note: card payments include a 3% processing fee. Save by
paying with cash or digital transfer.
